Follow the trucks on Facebook and Twitter... by far the easiest way to know what's going on and where to find them.

And try the grilled cheeses at A Coffee Truck. They're pretty good. One time they had an apple butter and brie grilled cheese.

Is it Ninja Snowballs that is always by the LSU lakes? They must crush it because that place is always slammed when I drive by.

I've hit most of the more established ones except for Kickers. They always seem to be in downtown and I am never in downtown at lunch time.

Wednesdays they have the food round up from 5-8. All the trucks park in one spot.
