Yes. However they are an invasive species and taste like the shite they eat off the bottom of ponds.

So does catfish and louisiana residents seem to love it.. I cannot go anywhere and not see catfish.

While there are invasive species of catfish, the kind that they raise in ponds in the south is not an invasive species. FWIW, I rarely eat any farm raised fish.

I had the crabmeat and crawfish fettuccine special at Harrington's today. It was delectable. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Thanks for staying out of my way and not eating there.

Well actually the T-fish has that whole "blank canvas" thing goin on. It is what the cook/chef makes of it. Even been a "secret ingrediant on IRON CHEF AMERICA...and the fish's lack of a flavor of its own was a topic of dicussion on the show. Just sayin'.

Anybody else miss Black Forrest? The prices were to high, but after Ms. Erica closed Bavarian Inn out by the campus, Black Forrest was the only German option in town.
