Has Martini checked in to say what brand of bread it has to be on, the method of making the sandwich, the way it should be laid on the plate and the brand of milk to drink with it, yet?

Not being facetious.
Give it a try and let me know how it turns out.
I won't eat them any other way now.

I've never seen anyone make a grilled PB&J before, even in one of those sandwich thingies.

Glad no one else has gotten too inventive and mentioned Nutella or Fluffernutter. Fluffernutter = crack cocaine of sandwiches.

Afreaux, I agree with you 100% about the Fluffernutter.

Peanut butter w/ Smucker's seedless blackberry preserves runs a close 2nd.

Still, my "death row" meal would be 3 American cheese & mayo sandwiches on white bread (not grilled), with a big bowl of cream of tomato soup and a big ol' Cherry Coke.

Nine out of ten people that I mention it to in Louisiana have no idea what it is. I guess it's pretty much a Northeastern thing.

Is that what I think it is? Is that a marshmellow spread?

Please dear god, tell me that is what I think it is.

Must. Find. Now.

I grew up with my mom making grilled cheese sandwiches with a slice of ham in there too. If the slice of ham isn't in there I would go with a PBJ and bag of lays.

So I'm not sure if the ham disqualifies my vote for GC sandwich.

You've seriously never seen that before? They sell it in Albertsons near the spices and baker's chocolate.

Peanut butter spread on one piece of white bread, marshmallow fluff spread on the other piece, eaten as a sandwich with a Coke or glass of milk.

Yep, never seen it before.

But I sure will make a point to find it now.
