I'm very surprised at the love the food at this place is getting on here. I thought it couldn't have been more average. Burger was a solid five. I sat at the bar, and got good, attentive service. Place had cold beer. Atmosphere blows, and food is eh.

I went yesterday as well. Pretty good burger but the place was empty.

I'm no real estate expert (especially not BR since I don't live there), but that doesn't seem like a horrible location.
If I was in BR most of my activity focuses around the campus, but it is close to campus.
Also, it would seem that the Marriott and other hotels right there would send some biz their way.
It does seem like "identity" is going to be their biggest issue.

They wanted to stay soft for the first few months to get their feet wet in this market since the opportunity to get in it was sudden and a quick decision had to be made. They plan to start some sort of advertising after the first of the year.

that's about where i thought it was .. we had posters claiming to be in the know (or at least an alter of a poster claiming to be in the know) earlier in the thread saying it was closer to $25K to $30K a month ...
