Oregon has some wonderful Pinots

A to Z is priced really well at Costco. Around $15 if I recall.

Has anyone tried Oyster Bay NZ Pinot?

I haven't found anything better in the low $20s than the Daou Cab from Paso Robles.
I"m a big fan of the Daou Cab, and of cabs in general from the Paso Robles area.

Too pricey to make the OP list however.

$18 where I shop. Great wine.

And I agree with enjoying most Paso Robles wines.

That's a good deal.

My favorite wine of the year so far was from Paso Robles. The 2014 Saxum James Berry Vineyard, a Rhone-style blend of 42% Grenache, 24% Mourvèdre, 21% Syrah, 8% Counoise, 5% Roussanne. A really, really special wine. I have one bottle left of the 2014, one bottle of the 2015, and two bottles of the 2016.

A friend of mine has been buying this one consistently at Costco. I think he pays $20

If y'all like that Daou cab, their Pessimist is a great blend as well. It's usually under $20. I can't find the cab for under $23.99 in Dallas.

Nice! I went to Fresh Market today and it was $10.99 and I was like WHAT??

Sub-$20 cabs, this may be basic but I like Justin.

The Justin is always over $20 here. Solid juice though. PS your parm brine idea in soup is the best cooking tip all year

Two wines have stood out among the rest for under $20 wine of the year.
Chronic Cellars Zin ($12) and Rioja Bordon Reserva 2013 ($12.49)
Honorable mention: In Sheep’s Clothing ($14.99)

Best Napa Cab around $20 is Educated Guess. That and Joel Gott 815 are decent wines.

Oops, I was confusing it with a different one. I like Justin a lot but its $26 or so at my store.

Glad to know you're using the rinds!

Talbott Kali Hart is solid around $20 though.
Just bought 4 bottles of the 2016 Talbott Vineyards Logan Pinot Noir Sleepy Hollow Vineyard from WTSO for 14.99 bottle. Free shipping and no tax. Havent opened one yet since they just got here a few days ago.

I honestly didn't even notice the typo until you said that. I genuinely am glad you like it!

On topic, I've been drinking a lot of Smith & Hook lately. I think the bottle/label lures me in.
