If you want hattieB hot chicken without the crazy lines go to Bishop's in Franklin next to Chick-fil-A. Same owners so you can get their hot chicken there and there's never a line.

If you must have HattieB's tourist chicken, just order on-line and go straight to pick-up, bypassing the line to order. Better option is to hit 400 degrees or Bolton's for the good stuff...

Butcher & Bee folks just opened up Redheaded Stranger, a casual taco spot in Cleveland Park open for breakfast and lunch only. I've heard a lot of good things so far. Ford Fry's Superica from ATL (Krog St) just opened (or opening soon?) in the Gulch too.

Folk in Cleveland Park is really good as well. Definitely recommend for upscale but not outrageous pricing. Plus Willburn St Tavern next door is a hidden gem for cheap drinks.

Also recommended Martins BBQ. The brisket is amazing along with the smoked wings with white bbq sauce

What did you end up doing in Franklin?

We are headed to Nashville this weekend and will spend half a day in Franklin…. this weekend and this thread has been incredibly helpful.
