Has anyone used the Orion Cooker? My neighbor has one. He gives me samples when he cooks with it. The shredded pork is very tender and juicy. The turkey is the best I've had. I was looking for additional feedback from users.

We’ve had one for about 10 years. Used it last week and cooked a Boston butt. Makes the moistest turkey. Everything good on it.

It's a great little cooker - had one for 10 years. It cools by time rather than by temp, It is essentially a convection oven that let you use pre-soaked charcoal on the outside, while your meat and wood chips are on the inside. The cooking method seals in the smoke and moisture. My wife is really picky, and loves the thing. You WILL get a smokey taste, you will NOT get a crispy skin. (Use baking soda, etc on the outside of the meat for that,) Will do 6 slabs of ribs in an hour-15, a full sized turkey in two hours, and a 9-lb or so brisket in 4 hours. Lots of YouTubes avail of folks who have hacks for crispy skin, etc.
