what are ya'll looking to learn about? if its just a program wendler is a is the best intermediate/advance program out there. so is scott stevenson's fortitude training.
DC training is another advanced program for bodybuilding. He makes great common sense points on nutrition and heavy lifting for gaining mass. Realize there is a ton of talk about steroids in the articles though but everything still applies to the natural trainie.
for athletic training Eric Cressey high performance handbook is a good book. but boring.
paul carter, brandon lilly, dan john, joe defranco, elliot husle, poliquin principles, bruce kublick, chad wesley smith, dave tate and the articles in the elitefts folder are all good reads.
If you want kind of a boring book but great info the westside book of methods is great.
If its a book about nutrition tom vento burn the fat, feed the muscle is good. brad pilons eat stop eat is a great IF resource.
if its a book on the science of programming practical programming by mark rippetoe or supertraining by mel stiff. Warning these are purely science based.
injury prevention and stretching becoming a supple leopard by kelly starrett is good.
paval also has great books. It all depends on what you are looking to learn about. Hell beyond bigger leaner stronger is a very good book and the logical next book to read but I don't have the pdf, only hard copy.

First day of keto was fine. Only had ~8 carbs from my two scoops of combat protein powder. I only consumed around ~1000 calories though.

yea the dc articles, its the whole purpose of the program. Eat massive amounts of food while using nutrition tricks to keep BF levels acceptable combined with an intelligent heavy arse lifting program. I highly suggest you read all of it.
Dont pay attention to the sample diet though, that was really what he at that day. Pay attention to the concepts.

Been fasted since 8pm last night.
I'll eat at 1pm. Got a chicken breast with a little Rao's and some feta on top.
I'll wash that down with a massive fist full of spinach, 8 blueberries, and 30g's of strawberry whey.
That'll put me at about 75g of protein. Not sure of the calorie count on that.

I haven't been counting.
I just kind of eye ball it. I know when I've had too much, or not enough.
If I start counting, things could get dicey.

What is a good resource to read regarding fat loss around the stomach? I'm looking to shed the fat off the stomach to make the abs look more ripped but I also don't want to lose a ton of weight...I'm already at around 138-140. TIA

you can't choose where you lose fat from...if you want abs, fix your diet. Typically the stomach is one of the last places for fat to disperse from.

235/195/190(old goal)
I think I want to slide down into the 180s now that. I hit a wall at 200 and couldn't seem to stay under but finally pushed past it.
Its getting hotter and I will run less, I know it. What are some good weight programs to get on?
I have p90x3 but I rather get out of the house.

MCT oil? I ordered mine off of amazon.
ETA* I didn't read far enough to see, other than online. I have to imagine that a GNC / Vitamin Shoppe type place would have some on the shelves.

well.....you can but not to any huge degree.
If you want to spot reduce you are going to have to mobilize blood flow to that area during cardio to transport the free fatty acids from there. Typically on a male the lower ab, love handles and lower back hold the most fat due to poor blood flow. The other reason is because of cortisol which when raised tends to add fat to those areas again due to poor blood circulation. Also those areas typically have much more subcutaneous fat than visceral fat which is much harder to lose.
here are a few articles about it

the other way to do it is through transdermal or injectable products that increase blood flows to that area. the Cream eviserate mixed with clenbuterol is an example of the cream and injectable Helios which is clenbuterol and yohimbine or L-Cartinine are examples of injects. Other injects would be the HGH FRAG 176-191.
bottom line is though you are going to have to lose BF. the amount you are able to spot reduce is minuscule and its not worth the effort imo. The injects have to be done atleast 3 to 5 times a day. WHO the frick wants to do something like that? the creams don't do much and are not any more effective than a very clean diet and sprints and the spot reduction techniques are a real big waste of time imo.
best way to do it strict diet and heavy lifting. At the end of each lifting session perform some type of heavy carry like heavy farmers walk or heavy overhead waiters walk. Another thing you can add is Every min on the min power cleans for 10 min every session if you are familiar with the lift.
overall though like others said, first fat on is the last fat to leave as usually thats your worst circulation area.
