It's tough with a wife and kids.

You have to prepare different meals. You can't just hit Taco Bell.

Want a quick way to lose weight? Catch pneumonia. I was plateauing and that caused me to lose 4 lbs in a week. A good bit was water, but there was some muscle in there too. I definitely lost some #gainz. But I am on a diet break now, trying to eat at maintenance (~2000-2200 cal), and hope to get my gainz back to at least where I was pre sickness. After about 2 weeks on this break I'll go back to what I had success with prior to sickness, which was essentially a carb cycling program. A guy at my gym recommended something called Body Opus I'm going to look into.

I saw a couple cauliflower crust recipes for pizza online today. Might give one a try this weekend.

My mashed cauliflower today was surprisingly delicious.

Boiled the cauliflower first.

Then put grass fed unsalted butter, the cauliflower, heavy whipping cream, and some salt in the blender. Came out really creamy. Didn't even tell my folks what it was and they thought it was mashed potatoes.

ETA: oh and a little bit of cheddar cheese.

My wife makes an awesome one. I'll get her recipe tomorrow.

She does a lot of vegan/raw stuff and I'm going keto. I often just start with her meals and add butter, pesto, oil, cheese.

I've been right around 20 carbs the last two days and have been exercising on an empty stomach both days. Hopefully I slip into ketosis soon.

19 hour fast then gainzed this keto chicken parm and blue oak copycat sprouts dinner pretty hard.

Chicken parm recipe from ruled.me (breading consists of pork skin, flax seed, parmesan)

The bread is Damascus flax roll ups from Costco brushed with garlic & butter.

album from last time I made this recipe

I really, really hate that there's freaking sugar in everything. I got excited when reading the Damascus stuff you linked, just to find sugar in the ingredient list
