I was doing good and down to 230, but since today starts my Keto journey I had a bit of a going away party with all my carb buddies this weekend. Beer, ice cream, potatoes you name it

Today resumes my keto journey. I did it last year for 6-8 months strict followed by 4-6 months of 3/4 keto 1/4 dgaf. Gym is going good, 6 weeks straight with nothing missed and today I will be looking to match my highest working squat weight, so now it's time to bring the diet and gym together for 2 solid months and see how I look for the 4th.

The added weight since being in the gym, while concerning in my head, doesn't seem as bad physically. Clothes are all still fitting pretty good. Haven't done a calorie calculator in a while, so about to go hit that up to see what kind of macros I need to be aiming for, but the food log is looking good so far this morning.

293 / 214.2 / 175?

Weekend at Manresa didn't hurt the scale as much as I thought it would. Back at it this AM.

This is the retreat place, right?
I think I've been. Where is it?
It's like 3 bones for the weekend, you take a vow of silence, and plow through some badass down home comfort food, right?

Or did I just make that all up?

The other thread was way too long to jump into. But I've gained a few in the past month and am back on the diet and exercise train. 198.6/197/175. After my birthday last week, a party this weekend, and then Mother's Day, stepping on the scale last night was ugly. The 198.6 is my heaviest ever. Looking to get back to the 170-175 range where I was last summer.

Started running again, using MFP, and will start 5x5 again this week.

Big day today. Burned over 4,000 calories.

Fasted until 1 and only ate a little today to try and make up from the shitty eating done this weekend.

Hopefully I can keep up this work ethic all week.

Had nothing but time on my hands today.

Shot basketball for an hour. Did jump rope intervals - 30 seconds on 30 seconds off. Walked for half an hour. Did some work around the house. Walked around the neighborhood. Then ran 10 twenty second sprints with 30 second walking in between. Worked out back. Then walked on the the treadmill for another 15 minutes.

ETA: oh and ran up and down the stairs 20 times.

Going to #Gainz some leg work and abs.

Kept it really clean yesterday.
No IPA's more importantly. It was tempting too.

I think I'm going to shift towards the warrior diet to burn these last 12 lbs before July.

Haven't been on in over 2 weeks
Crazy busy at work

Hope you guys are still killing it
I just took my diet to a new level starting yesterday.
No more red meat, except on carb loading day
Stuck at the 13-14% BF range, but I'm still on a good time line for the show

Keep up the great job you guys

The ship is steady.

I'm realizing it's just gonna be too damn hot for some things, like red meat and beer.

Today's lunch was a grilled chicken breast with some buffalo sauce. Cutting red meat is gonna help shed el bees. No doubt.

Left keto for a 1800 calorie diet and have lost more weight than I did with 2 weeks on keto.
