No way you need to lose 40 pds as small as your frame is but we would front, side and back photos to make a more accurate judgement.

Based on that picture, if you lost 40 pounds you could pose as a runway model. And I don't mean that as a compliment.

I haven't. I need to join a gym. At least do some squats or something. My level of physical activity is pathetic. I want to change it.

I know.
I'd stream them for 10 min, pop in the fridge for 30, then flash fry for 1 minute.

Make whatever sauce you like that's low carb.

Maybe steam for 15 minutes.

Been a while since I did them that way. It's an Alton Brown method that starts with steaming, then finishes in the oven.

you can use them, i prefer the blood glucose meter or blood ketone meter.

btw you need to start lifting, it will make the biggest difference in your body.

following the woman's version of the greyskull lp would be a great start and would last you a while. You need to get used to be under the bar.

Drain excess grease from pan. Mix in 1/3 cup water and taco seasoning. Reduce heat to low and allow to simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened.

In a large mixing bowl, fork whisk eggs. Mix in cheese, bell peppers, and olives.

Mix meat into egg mixture. Pour mixture into muffin tin. This should fill 12 spots. Bake for 25 minutes.
