I agree. I have posted mine for a bit before so some know what I look like but I would never leave them up lol.

I have never played golf. But I bought cute Nike golf shoes because they were on sale. True story. My husband has two sets of clubs. He laughed when I said he could teach me. Apparently clubs come in sizes and need to be fitted. :)

so, finally missed my first workout on Greyskull. Monday was my return home from the beach and wasn't able to make it in, was planning to make it up yesterday but had a dental appointment after work which ruined that. So...do I resume today with my normal wednesday and go on about my schedule...or do I make today Monday and try and cram in 3 workouts this week?

V-diet day 3. 187/183.1/175

Haven't had a sip of alcohol in 4 days - woke up today with an intense headache. Feels like the carb flu is in full effect.

Drank some coffee, morning protein shake, some fish oil, and headed out to walk the dog.

Blue Apron arrives today, can't freaking wait

Keto and IF is working.

Socks are on inside out. That may have added a pound. Had underwear on too, so I could be closer to cracking 210 than I think.

Excellent work! I was up a little less than a pound today.. wasn't sure why. Then about an hour later (after monster ultra zero and gym) I unleashed hell in the bathroom and figured that was why.

I was 215 Sunday. Had a massive party that day and drank 19 Envie and downed three dozen oysters.
Monday I IF'd until mid afternoon, and I've just been watching portion size since then.

If I don't drink beer everyday, and keep an eye on portions, I'm killing it. Lifting in the AM is helping too.

It's getting easier now.
