stove popped pop corn and spicy hot chex mix
2 weeks ago
bacon, egg, and cheese burrito and ranch rice cakes
last Friday
brown rice, blue runner red beans, smoked sausage

It's been making a big difference taking cheese, red meat, and bbq sauce out of my diet AND having leaner cheat meals.... but damn I want pizza!!!

Just found out I'm getting a job offer for a position I recently applied for

About to indulge in some beer at Wednesday at the Square then get some celebratory dinner after. I usually don't cheat during the week so this'll be interesting.

219 this morning according to the doctor scale, fully clothed in boots + phone and keys on pocket

girlfriend's beagle stole a chicken bone last night and was none to appreciative when I tried to take it from her. so now I'm getting this puncture wound looked at to make sure I'm not gonna get dog aids.

no rabies, lol. but the finger is already infected the doc said. had to get a couple of shots and very it cleaned up better. I can't type very well, which sucks being in IT, because my index and middle fingers are all bandaged up and stiff. deadlifts will be fun, but that's the only issue I should have in the gym!

Got a question for you since you seem to be the leading Einstein on this carb diet thingy.

What has less carbs, rice or orzo (risoni)? Im sure rice isn't on the diet, could you substitute rice with orzo?

I'll defer to Busbeepbeep or lsu777. I just follow their advice about diet and lifting.
