Still IF'd. Until 1pm
Gonna nail 28 almonds, then sip on 30g's of whey mixed with spinach, blueberries, creatine, and 16oz of water. Then hit OHP.

Weights,

The Pizza Hut by me does pan pizza right. Two medium supreme, $15. I could put two away with my hands tied behind my back.

I kinda fricked up today at lunch. Had chicken fajita meal with no tortillas, rice or beans. But i did have a few small chips and cheese dip. Between the chips, my meal, guac and sour cream I am pretty close to my calorie limit for the day even though the macros are all fricked up. I will be fasting until the crawfish boil tomorrow around 2, then them potatoes are fricking mine.

Kinda pissed at my self for getting out of hand at lunch. Gonna have to hit the heavy bag a while and burn it off tonight.

2 110 calorie Trader Joe's chicken sausages with 2 cups of steamed veggies after a 15 hour fast.

Have 1/4 cup of almonds for later and Mozz cheese stick.. Will probably finish off the sausage pack for dinner with 1 cup of veggies.

Hoping not to frick up too bad during the sweet 16 tonight and tomorrow.

Did a gnarly leg day yesterday, def. a good way to ruin the morning session on the ole thinking chair.

It's true! This is the Belgian pale ale I've got on tap now:

It's delicious and crisply hoppy and compares pretty well with bud light (110 calories, 6.6g carbs, 4.2% abv). As long as you (a) stay in the 4-5% ABV range and (b) use a yeast that finishes super dry (or add Brett) then the carbs of good beer aren't that different from "light" beers. You can still use massive amounts of dry hops for flavour and aroma.

There's no way to brew a double IPA or a big stout without having a lot more carbs (15-20g/serving) unfortunately. You're limited to "sessionable" hoppy and really dry styles (Saisons, belgians, sours).

My wife swears by Pizza Hut but to me, it hasn't been the same since I was a kid
Don't really have a go to, but I had Mellow Mushroom a few weeks ago and it was awesome

Ooops. I meant Victory bars are a cheaper better tasting version of Quest bars not Kind bars. Anyone here tried them before?

Bus got me on these. He's made some pretty good looking ones.

The key was the Rao's vodka sauce. It's delicious.

You ever try the Fit n Trim chicken sausages. They are all natural(only like 5 ingredients). 70 calories, 10g protein, 1g carb. I get them at Kroger and they usually run about 4 bucks a pack.

Nah, I'll def. check them out. We don't have Kroger in this crap hole though.

But these TDs are all natural too, 4 bucks and are damn filling. Lot's of flavor choices too.

Nice town. Lots of good food.

I've tried one before. I don't think better tasting than old formula quest bars, but it definitely as good as new formula Quest. Where do you find it cheap? I usually buy Quest on sale where it's usally $1.40 per bar or less.
