I have only got about 3 hours of sleep each of the last two night and have leg workout tonight.
Drinking beer, eating oysters and snoozing on the beach tomorrow though.

I wonder about booze. Awesome job on the sleep, most seem to undervalue it.
I think we can agree that beer is something to avoid for the most part. Who doesn't like a cold beer? But what if you hit your goals and want some wine or whiskey? There is no sugar in bourbon nor scotch. Red wine is over estimated with what is "left over" after fermentation. There is residual sugar, yes, but it's more like 4-5 grams per liter than per glass. It "deepens" "ketosis". Also, there are studies that show consuming saturated fats protect and reverse your liver from fatty liver disease.

Incredibly sore from week 1 of starting to workout again. I'm guessing the first couple of weeks of working out the body is going to retain some weight?

The first three weeks I got Into keto I lost 10 lbs. I had titos with lime squeezed in several times..it didn't really affect anything. The past two weeks I've had 5-6 beers on the weekends and it definitely slowed down the weight loss. I love the taste of beer but am committed to getting down to 180...then 175 before I start knocking them back regularly.

You serious on the overhead press? Because your are inching on a bodyweight press which is a huge huge accomplishment. Something kess than 1% of lifters achieve. Congrats dude that is awesome.
I am close but not there yet. Should be there by end of summer.
Btw you are stronger than my arse on press and damn close on squat.
I am fricking impressed.

For guys asking about alcohol strategies, search my post and look in the post i made on the OT on intermittent fasting and i have my drive linked in the post. In the if info folder i have 2 articles on strategies for alcohol and then in the john romonollia folder he has a strategy too.

So had my first refeed since atarting the rapid fatloss handbook psmf. I didnt weigh today because my scales battery went out but i did measure naval and arms. In 12 days i lost 2.25" on my waist and arms were down less than a 1/16th which could be anything.
Also i look much better in the mirror.
My refeed was pretty awesome but i feel like shite now. Stomach is tore up bad.
I started with grilled chicken salad with no dressing at lunch. I then had a huge frosted honey bun, twinkies, then 10 boiled potatoes at the crawfish boil, some mushrooms and only about 1.5lbs of crawfish as i was stuffed.
Finished off tonight with a glass of milk, 2 pb&j sandwiches with the trader joes organic pb, half a dozen donut holes and half a big tex cinnamon roll.
Of course as expected all the fat people in my family had something to say about how unhealthy me eating like that was. Of course non of them think twice about eating a honey bun for breakfast, eat lunch, twinkies for a snack etc. But if i do it, its a huge ordeal.
Then they found out i wanted to get down to 8% and lord you would think i was starving myself or something.
But oh well, frick em. I look way more ripped right now then i did this morning. I started to just take my shirt off to shut them uo but decided against it.
Tomorrow i start a 7 to 10 day fat fast using bulletproof coffee. Essentially will be 1200 cals with inly 50 from whey protein, rest will be from fat bombs. Then depending on where i sm will be back to psmf.
Within 4 to 6 weeks i will be at my goal. Now i just have to get my standing press number up.
