Weekend damage was slightly worse than I anticipated..

Why'd you get on the scale?
I'm not weighing myself until at least Friday.
Drank beer all day yesterday. Got some pizza after I did the family thing. I'm pretty sure they kicked me out of Easter. I was wasted.
I took some pics of my cheat:
This is some hogs head from Billeaud's in Lafayette, and crackers(good frickin crackers)
And a bunch of shitty pizza when I was drunk:
Wasn't worth it. My stomach was wrecked. Threw one of them in the garbage.

I went over on cals today mainly in peotein but was still at 69% fat and still only at 15 carbs for the day. But i did work my arse off today doing landscaping on my damn day off. So i more then burned off all the calories i took in and im sure i was still close to 2000 deficit considering inwas still only at 1600 cals.
I will weigh again after 10 days on the fat fast. I can really tell i am leaning out, especially in the stomach.

How the hell do you only eat 15 carbs? I try to go as low and the shite creeps up. Like 17 carbs in a damn avacado. I almost eat one a day with some chicken.
