Back in the gym yesterday after my failed return a couple of weeks ago. This one was much better and no shoulder issues while squatting or anything yesterday or today. Now that the weights are lower, time to refocus on my technique and make sure all is well so I don't have to do with this shite in the future.
Feels good...now to keep it + the diet going consistently!

My eyes were bigger than my stomach. Plus, I was three sheets to the wind by that point.
My bil's patient gives him a bottle of apple pie moonshine each year. 6 of us took it down before we went to the party at 1pm. By dinner that night, I was incoherent. Not sure how I got the order in. I could have stopped after the hogs head and crackers.
I think I ate one by myself. They're mediums anyway. Not a big pie. Next cheat I'm gonna have will be at my cousin's wedding in 2 weeks. That will be epic. I'll take pics.

ha it fricking sucks. I eat only romaine lettuce with quarter avocado and 3 or 4 artichoke hearts as my only non meat/cheese/fat food. like yesterday i had
egg yolks, bacon, cheese, bacon bits, steak and the salad i described above plus a bulletproof coffee.
When you are only eating 1200 or so calories its doable. But you have to make a conscious effort. Now my questions is how do these frickers eat 90% of calories from fat. I am close to 80% most days but unless you are just eating butter and coconut oil it seems impossible. Everything edible with fat has protein also.

Hahaha. Yep. I never did worry about protein intake though.
Yesterday was the first day I quit on a steak in a long time. Probably a 14oz steak cooked. I just couldn't finish it.
I ended up doing a 20hr fast from Sunday late lunch to Monday. Some days, food is last on my mind.

well normally my philosophy is you can never intake too much protein because I drink about 1.5 gallons of water a day. But this fat fast I am doing calls for up to 90% of your calories come from fat. The closer you can get to that number the better, well its damn near impossible unless I just drink bulletproof coffee all damn day.

it seems like the one fricking thing i crave for cheat meal is cereal! I love cereal.. honey bunches of oats with pecans. I eat a whole box 3 out of my last 4 cheat meals

A true fat fast calls for 1000 to 1200 cals no matter your size and as close to 90% of cals from fat as possible. Fiber still has calories so to het my fat % as high as possible i just count all carbs.
Diet fricking aucks but i did weigh at lunch after eating a few meals and clothes on and weighed 192 so apparently between the psfm and now the fat fast i having been doing something right. Only lost quarter inch off my arms. Still not where i want to be but well on the way.
Btw this diet sucks fuxking arse. The bulletproof coffee is good but does not make me not hungry.
