Been dieting perfectly after Sundays fiasco. Should be back in ketosis now. Had 3 eggs and two sausage patties this morning. Chopped fajita salad for lunch.

Just ate a rack of smoked baby backs for lunch. I'm full!

Today is a rest day for me. Supposed to be Saturday but I'm running a race on Grand Isle Saturday.

Legs are fricking sore from Tuesday!

Feel like a carnivore eating all this meat.

Been a while since I checked in here. I've hovered around 206 for the past year. Over the last month I've shed 12 pounds so far, down to 194.2 this morning (I'm 6 ft.). Primary changes have been I've cut out all carbs except for beer. Only have meat once per week. Cheat meal once per week as well where I have carbs. Have stuck with my regular workout schedule of 3 - 4 runs per week and bike + weights at the gym 2 times per week. Going to get down to 185 then try to maintain that weight.

We're similarly built. I'm at 206 was at 197. I was happy at 192, but it was so hard to maintain. So you don't eat any carbs at all? Give me a day of your typical diet, breakfast lunch and dinner. Thanks

I was 155 as recently as 2010, but that was when I was living in New York, walking 10 miles a day and living on a poor man's diet. Have steadily gained over the last 6 years. Previous to moving to NYC I always hovered around 180 and felt good, so I feel now that I'm in my 30's 185 is a good weight.

Nope, only one meal a week now. I was a big eater of bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc. just basically cut out all "white" foods.

I'm not a big breakfast guy. Always have 2 -3 cups of coffee when I wake up and if I eat breakfast it's either a banana and granola w/ milk, or 3 scrambled eggs. Lunch this month has mostly been either a salad or fish/shrimp tacos. Same for dinner I eat a lot of tacos. Also mix in veggie stir fry w/ quinoa, or vegetable soup. It's been an adjustment trying to get full without eating carbs or meat. I've found that fish and broccoli are the most filling for me so I eat a lot of that.

Rohan after I do this workout routine I'll probably go back to more of a vegetarian based diet with meat every once in a while. I found while doing it before that I consumed way too many carbs.
