April 1st 246/233/185

It was 232 yesterday at the end of the month.
Easter had me at 237 on Monday

Candy and Mexican food and Margaritas will put water weight on you in a flash.

If Easter was in April, I would have been below 230.

Keto question?
Crawfish boil probably twice this month.

Crawfish no carbs
Sausage no carbs
Mushrooms maybe no carbs
Stay away from potatoes and corn
Drink Mich Ultra I guess?

Sausage is hard to tell, maybe one or two carbs per link. There's almost always dextrose (read:sugar) in sausage. Eat some but dont go crazy on it.

Otherwise you're good. I'd also sub the mich ultra for bourbon, but that's up to you.

exactly what hulk said.

onion is ok to just don't go over board. like a few slices only. vegetables like asparagus, green beans and artichokes are fine too.

also if you must have crawfish dip, make your own using the reduced sugar ketchup.

overall just enjoy yourself though and eat the shite out of actual crawfish.

well if you are strict keto then prolly not as the little carbs in them can add up quickly but other than that they are fine. I eat them in salads in small amounts and log it.

Interested to see how I do running tomorrow evening with taking in as few carbs as possible.

I want some boiled crabs this weekend!

After three weeks, I'm going to eat a large meat lovers, thin crust pizza!

I have no problem mixing my protein with unsweetened almond milk.

My mix :
1 scoop dymatize iso100 gourmet chocolate
8-10oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk (Califia or blue diamond)
1 TBSP pbfit or pb2
1/2 tbsp heavy cream

Shake in blender bottle

That's twice I've hit 289 and then back to 291

Had mooyah last night. Double Patty iceburger with spicy ranch, jalapeños, tomato, caramelized onions. Damn tasty. Also had 2 fingers of bourbon, But rest of this weekend will be dry.

Made homemade grilled buffalo wings, love em. Tomorrow having crawfish.

Been on vacation in Trinidad visiting family since the 30th and staying down here til the 6th. Staying mostly on the path but not going anywhere near a scale.

Had a semi-cheat on Thursday for some famous shark&bake. I skipped the bake but ate the breaded fried shark.

Enjoying this Trini gym that has a lot of nice equipment and chasing some gainz. Really like the safety squat bar and the dumbbell matching set up to 125lbs then a set of 140s, 160s, and 200s. Incline pressed the 160s and turned some heads.

Felt pretty gainzy yesterday after a good long workout hoping to deplete because I knew I was carbing that night at the wedding.

The wedding reception starts with the Mezze, which is the best part IMO. I probably had 8 of those roast kibbeh (bottom right), plus lots of accompanying pita bread.

Some good local beer:

Lots of sweets:

I definitely overate and paid the price. Was doubled over in pain as my body get bloating. Took about 2 hours to feel normal again.

Oh well, back to the low carb grind.
