start with leangains.com honestly or read the leangains experiment. That's where you are going to learn the most about IF.
If you just want to be spoon fed info without knowing the how and why behind it then just read the aggressive fat loss plan in the kinobody folder. But I highly suggest you read the leangains stuff first so you have an understanding behind the theories.
also for those doing IF, the hodge twins talk about them having their best fat loss results was when eating 1800 cals a day and having their eating window from 1 til 5. They didn't have science to know why it worked but assumed it was because they were going to bed with essentially an empty stomach.
if i keep having zero appetite like i have the past couple of days, I may goto that because i am already having to drink a bunch of shakes just to get close to my macros.

Did you see what I posted as my macros on the bottom of page 910?
Would you mind giving me your opinion on those?

I'm down about 10 pounds since January. Trying to get rid of that last unwanted fat around my midsection/chest.
Diet goals on MFP -
1800 calories
225g protein
90g carbs
60g fats
Would you mind giving me your opinion on those?

Thats fine. Thats about a 25% deficit for you. as far as the macros if you handle carbs well and they make you feel good, lower fat and up carbs. If not keep it like it is.

So far I'm really liking not eating til noonish, then not eating again until dinner (6-7ish). I get two really big meals in, and I always have a huge appetite so IF and spreading the calories out to two big meals makes it easy to keep my calories under control while still being able to eat a lot.

thats what the kinobody aggressive fat loss plan is except he says have an apple between meals if you get hungry. Most people do well with this as it fits their lifestyle. I mean if you think about it, its just eating like a normal person would be skipping breakfast.

Tomorrow lunch is catered so we will see what happens.

No different really, but usually I don't eat until about 10:30 or so. Was on my mind.
Next week sucks because I take a new job that has me literally sitting in a chair for 12hrs. Other than pissing I can't get more than a few feet away.

My diet officially started yesterday. Beer is out for the month of April. I'm an average six pack a day guy, so this should be interesting. Last night, I started my workout regimen. I power walked/ jogged 1.25 miles in 18:23. Tonight, I went 1.75 miles in 16:32.

My goal is to get to 210 by July 1st. My speedo fits at 210.

If you keep it all in an 8hr window, you'll start to see and feel a difference within 7 days.
The line 777 has about "cooking your insides" has stuck with me. Reading 8 Weeks to Optimum Health and the Perricone Promise discuss inflamation in greater detail. You might enjoy checking out both of those books to read when you're laying in bed at night. Easy reads.

BR you're right about the 8 hour window. I've been able to still drink beer nightly and on weekends and still lose weight. Keep my calories around 1800-2000, 8 hour window and 50g of carbs or less. Works wonders.

777 what are your thoughts on the stepmill for cardio? Did it last night for the first time in about ten years and it nearly killed me. Climbed 130 floors and it said i burned 870 calories (yeah right). Also tried doing some tabata style sets for abs but I couldn't seem to get the intensity up enough for it really to be a tabata. Thinking of incorporating 10 minute of stepmill before each workout as a warmup. I currently do no warmup and a bike tabata each morning. Thoughts? I do not do a lot of cardio other than a few runs per week. Wanting to up the intensity and efficiency.

This is exactly what was happening. it was your insulin levels bottoming out and your body switching completely over to using fat as fuel. Its your bodies way of signaling to eat mother fricker before it HAS to start using fat as fuel.
The whole point of anything really longer than 20-24 hours in my opinion is just to break the addiction to food. kind of like the first three weeks of going keto. It takes that long to get adapted and with IF to really break the food addiction it takes multiple long fast to truly break the food addiction for many.
I personally had to do it but for somebody that is already lean and not addicted, they won't need to. Now I know when I get hunger pains I don't "have to eat" like so many say and do.
While on a ketogenic diet, I gradually shifted towards IF naturally. I wake up early and don't really have the time to eat in the morning. Once you're adapted to burning fat as fuel, IF or any fasting becomes a breeze. I just need to keep busy so my mind doesn't go nuts because I haven't eaten "lunch" yet.
Lately I have been eating breakfast to put on more weight. It is killing me to eat this much food
