you need to work on mobility like was suggested. I will upload some more books here this weekend including becoming a supple leopard and you should read it when you can. Well read a little at a time because its a really long book. Has a ton of good stretching exercises though. Stretching your boundries by AL Kavaldo is another good one.

Sounds good. Will definitely get on that. I'll see if I can get it on my kindle.

Hips hurt regardless. I've been trying to do wall balls to loosen them up as well as sitting in a squatting position while holding onto something.

how long are you taking to stretch?

do you sit down all day at work?

When you say "hurt", is it just uncomfortable or is there something actually wrong with your hip?

my hips would bother me on squats when my stance was too wide. I'm *barely* just passed shoulder width on my squats now and can 3rd world squat with the best of 'em. I would practice trying to get in to that position...the one where you walk in to a Japanese bathroom and can take a shite without falling over. I think you'll find that once you find a proper stance that allows you to 3rd world squat without falling (it will take practice, obviously) that you'll be able to squat without hip issues.

I'm 6'2 so it's not like I have midget legs that make that any easier. It's also a good way to practice your technique without having a bar on your shoulder, just kinda toss your hands out forward to help stabilize you.

I've always been that way. Too stubborn to stretch long enough I guess.

Ideally it doesnt fit but nobody should be a social outcast because of a diet, life is way too short. Read the article i just linked on the last page.

Btw guys do me a favor and dont download from my drive until sunday. I have about 10 gigs uploading right now of workout books. If i have room i will put up my collection of videos too but doubt i will have enough room.

Its pretty much a collection of every book on fitness almost and i am always adding to it.

Walked around with AIC and got lightly buzzed.
Had some meat pie, fried pork chop sandwich, Revolution debris poboy, whisky sour, 19 IPA's, then came home and boiled shrimp and watched golf.

I kept it keto except for the beer and one bite of the revolution poboy. Then I took the meat and slaw off that bitch and scarfed down the #Gainzy parts. Tossed the bread, but damn that was a good bite.

So I weighed in at 189 and some change today, first time in over 7 years I have been below 190. Hopefully I won't have to go more than 7 or 8 pounds to get to 6% which is my new goal.

btw guys most of the books are now uploaded onto my drive. Still have a lot left to go but 25 gigs or so are done which is a good start. I had skipped many of the really big files but will get those done and start double checking folders to make sure everything I have got uploaded.

I will try and do a separate cookbook tab too and start putting a bunch in there.

Pretty much every book about fitness is in there. If there is one you want that's not, lmk and I will get it up.

if those of ya'll not on a low carb diet are looking for good recipes, I uploaded the full anabolic cookbook set and it is prolly the best cookbook for those that lift and are looking to make progress.

I'm hurting from French Quarter Festing yesterday. Body hates those sugary drinks/daiquris. Bad decision.

Considering fasting all day today, but I feel like I need some chicken to feel better.

no problem. here is another good article by him on metabolic finishers

LINK

also if you look on my drive the greyskull books have a ton of awesome finishers and also mike whitfield and travis stoetzal there are a ton of great finishers.

some of the greyskull ones are evil. The worst one is "13 down" imo. Its 13 kb swings then 13 burpees, then 12 each...counting down to one. And the goal is to eventually do it in under like 8 min. its crazy hard but amazing for getting your cardio in quickly and for fat burning.
