Mouton I wasn't full vegan. I would eat vegan until dinner with my family. But I kept my meat intake at about 4oz. Some days I would go completely vegan. It wasn't that bad!

Fasted until 11:30 and about to miss the rest of my 8 hour window by about 10-15 minutes. Not a big deal? Or should I just skip eating my last 400 calories.

Did front squat stuff. Didn't get real heavy, but I can feel different parts of my back getting hit.
Felt #Gainzy. Gonna have a massive appetite tonight. 2.0 would hit the spot. Might have to wait until Sunday though.

new greyskull program I've been doing the last month has been good. a month in and I'm still hitting 10 on all my squat/bench/press amrap sets. Diet is a whole lot of meh right now, but that's okay.
Went jogging again yesterday after taking Thursday off last week to give my foot a rest. Did the 2 1/4 mile route yesterday that I did last week, no foot issues this time and my pace was at a 9:57 mile. Not too shabby considering it was my 4th jog and I started at an 11:30 mile pace.

What is everyone eating today? I have a pound of ground chicken I cooked down this morning with some salsa and taco seasoning, some low carb tortillas, sour cream and cheese.

Mmm sounds like something similar to what I made on Sunday. I just put chicken breasts in the crock-pot with some low sodium fajita mix and a bunch of onions. Soooo good.
