I had a 3 pack of Costco St. Louis ribs in my outside freezer. Wife was outside yesterday and I left the damn door open the day before and ribs were the only thing I could salvage. So here is to rainy day ribs

Trying killer hog BBQ seasoning for the first time. Love their brisket and AP seasoning

Took them off after 2.5 hrs and wrapped with butter brown sugar and a little Mike’s hot honey. Cooked at 300 until 206 and letting rest.
