How are trucks/trailers allowed to park permanently infront of businesses. I am pro-foodtruck, but this is not a good idea,
I love the idea. The vast majority of food trucks in Portland are permanently parked. The food cart pod concept came out of it. Portland has a ton of these, which are essentially outdoor food courts. This is essentially why Portland is one of the top food cart cities in the country. A good food cart pod is freaking golden...
By the way, the whole food cart pod concept grew because the brick and mortar restaurants lobbied the city council to make it illegal to park a food cart on public property.

I can assure you it's not a good idea to allow every business owner the ability to permanently put a restaurant in their parking lot.
This is why government regulations that restrict the free market are often more damaging than helpful. This is why brewery regulalations hurt breweries. Do gooders who have no concept of free market butt in.

Finally got around to trying these tacos... SO and I split 4 tacos
The blackened shrimp and fried chicken tacos were incredible!! They were so good we tried to go back Sunday but they were not open
Recap:
Coursey was phenomenal!!
Coursey — Blackened Shrimp, Mango Avocado Salsa, Purple Cabbage, Avocado Lime Crema, Cilantro, Queso Fresco
They suggested this one and it delivered!
Perkins — Fried Chicken, Spinach, Tomato, Jalapeno, RPT Queso
The Bocage was ok... didnt standout like the other two
Bocage - Beef Barbacoa, Avocado, Red Onion, Tomatillo Salsa, Queso Fresco, Cilantro
Wingate is forgettable out of these 4
Wingate — Pork Carnitas, Mango Salsa, Lime, Cilantro, Queso Fresco

They still posted up at Tin Roof??

yep
They probably opened up on Sunday but just not at 12 like their hours say. We got there at 1245 and the truck was shut down.
When we went saturday around 2pm, they were out of 2-3 tacos but I am glad they were because I never would have ordered the Perkins (fried Chicken) taco

Yes.
It's a semi-permanent location.

I think I like the idea of rotating trucks at breweries, although I see the appeal of knowing where to go to find a specific truck that I like.
My regular spot in Denver (Four Noses Brewing)has a different truck every day. I kinda like that. They don't have a taco truck in the rotation, though.

I like corn ones as well but the amount of substance in these tacos would not pair well with the corn kind
They are loaded

Corn tortillas suck.
The tortillas at Rock Paper Taco can hold up to all the ingredients.

Facebook says they weren't open on Sunday. Guy who runs the operations of it is out there every day that they're open (as far as I can tell, the entire time they're open too) and his birthday was this weekend so he might have just needed a breather
