the Uncle __ premium steak seasoning is phenomenal. great value compared to the new ones that keep coming out
Uncle Chris. I use Fiesta pretty much exclusively as a seasoning these days. Love their garlic pepper mix

Buy ground chuck and do it yourself. I use a season all that comes from a local grocery store + W sauce.

I can't say because I would never buy that crap.

Tony's, those pre-formed patties make burgers by the pool for a group much easier
Never tried the pre-formed ones; but had a BIL that would buy the tube from Sam's and just cut to size and season as he goes.

It's ground beef pre-portioned out and formed into patties. If you aren't seasoning your ground beef before forming patties and you are Ok with the serving size it's just a bit of time savings and make cooking easier and more consistent with all of the patties portioned out the same.
I'm pretty simple with any beef. Liberal amounts of salt and pepper or perhaps seasoning salt blend on the cooked side after I flip. Then again the 2nd side once I take it off the grill.
