Depends on what I am eating, favorite salad is a blue cheese wedge but usually like ranch for dipping wings.
Not sure how location or race plays into this, I've had great wedge salads in the south and north and been offered either with wings in both locations as well.

I only eat blue cheese on my Steak salad , Wedge , Wings, Celery......

I love both. Homemade ranch is delicious, as is bleu cheese.
Whoever eats wings with me usually orders ranch, so I get bleu cheese so I can have both.
And I LOVE a bleu cheese wedge.

Bleu Cheese. I have found through scientific research that 7.5 out of 10 whiny people prefer ranch.
