Natural Sugar (Fruits) vs Added Sugar (Bag Of Sugar) break down in the body differently. Eat 40G of bagged sugar and 40G of Natural Fruit Sugar. You’ll crash hard on the added sugar, and might not crash at all on the Natural Sugar. Body recognizes natural sugar and processes it. Added sugar is converted to fat cells since it is harder for the body to process.

Since SK is going Clean. I wonder if there is a market for the none clean smoothies that taste good. Clean blending is great but not for everyone.

If you look on their website it shows if you order the Gladiator it is only contains 3 grams of carbs and 1 gram of sugar. But if you add fruits to it, it shoots up drastically to like 65 carbs and 50 grams of sugar. Do their "fruits" really contain that much sugar?

One of the posters here, NOSTRODAMUS, owns a few Smoothie Kings. Here is a thread where he talks a little bit about the ingredients LINK

Original Peanut Power plus. Pretty much my every Friday lunch. Had a Daily Warrior for breakfast this morning. I really only like the ones with banana and peanut butter.

SK is finding that out by launching CB in other markets first. They delayed Louisiana because of guests wanting the sugar added strawberries. So they are going to dedicate one menu panel to sugar added and give guests the option.
