I season my trimmings then put them in something like a pie pan or foil boat. I use the tallow for the wrap and snack on the parts with a decent amount of meat on them. I do similar with pork ribs as there's usually some meaty portions that need to come off of spare ribs. Those from Sunday were really good.

After a 6 hr rest was it cold?
My oven go as low as 135*. All my favorite briskets have had a long rest. Some advocate 10/12 hours. I will never again start a brisket the day it's served. I mean, I guess I could set my alarm for 12:01 a.m.

Cigar snobs.
Do they look down upon smokers of cigars they don't like and say things like, "That's not a cigar"?

I was never a big album person, but this one always played all the way through. The one that has lasted the longest with me from it is House For Sale.

By the end of March, you're probably limited to early bluegill. The crappie and shell crackers should be offshore by then. Cricket is probably your best option.

The dealer wanted to sell me Ionics or Dakotas and they were ridiculously expensive.

The only reason I bought an Ionic crank battery was the proven BMS and the fear mongering going on at BBC. I went a good bit cheaper on the TM batteries. No way would I spring for the top brands for that use.

Wasn't going to plant anything yet, but circumstances made Sunday the day to do it. Lowe's plants should have all been thrown out. Went to Home Depot and got some peppers(out of green bells) tomatoes and a lemon tree to try to grow one in a pot.
Sorry about hurting your feelings. I don't remember it, but sorry nonetheless.
