My buddy has the Two Step seasoning in the hotter version. I’m sure it’s like all the others but he says it’s really good and uses it a lot

The Two Step is legitimately good, it has a bunch of stuff that you don’t normally find in a lot of Cajun seasonings. MSG, dried parsley, citrus powder, a little crab boil. Has a really good flavor to it.

He was grand marshall for one of the Thibodaux parades this year. They were throwing cans of his seasoning to the crowd. I caught a can and popped it opened and gave it a try. Threw the can in the garbage.
Good for him in finding a niche and his 15 minutes of fame. Hope he makes the best of it. I watched 2 minutes of one of his videos when he first took off and it was all I could take. Not for me but more power to him.

That’s dumb… the seasoning is solid. You could’ve at least given it to a friend or something

Everyone and their momma makes Cajun seasonings and they all tend to work fine. The market is flooded with them. And crab boil isn’t an ingredient, it’s a blend.

I just used his seasoning in a garfish sauce piquant and it was excellent. Nice subtle soft lemon flavor and not too salty.
Yes I catch and clean big gars. Do it right and the meat is good, especially in a sauce piquant with gar boullets.
