Trust me your family does not do it big. Try about 35 or so choices on the menu. I am expected at the hosting house about two hours earlier than everyone else.

Butterflied pork loin stuffed with Jerry Lee's boudin(awesome)
Rice Dressing
Sweet potato casserole
Boudin balls

Apple Cider Brined Smoked Turkey! Been doing this for the past few years and it's very tasty..
