Spinach Madeleine is my usual contribution.

Cranberry sauce made from the recipe on the package of cranberries (but I use mostly Splenda instead of sugar and toss in a cinnamon stick while it's cooking).

Dirty rice used to make our table but has been missing lately. I'm going to try to get my mother to make some this year.

Fordhook lima beans are a good way to get more green in the mix.

All of that, which sounds familiar as the side dishes go. Those same dishes will be wiped out VS a turkey or ham. Dishes like broccoli and green bean casseroles will be the first to go. Dressing as I call it would be considered a main dish, not a side. It would also go pretty quick, depending on the year, and who’s cooking it.
