You have constantly affirmed a statement I made about you after one of your first posts: you are the worst poster on TD.

There's a place in Huntsville called Po Boy's. Absolutely great seafood and ran like a Louisiana kitchen.

PoBoy Factory?

If that's who you're referring to, they're pretty "meh". They were much better when they first opened, but never a serious contender for a great poboy.

You can pretty much only get a good po-boy in South Louisiana. It is all about the bread.

The OP is an idiot, by the way.

Miracle Whip? He's just flaming. Who puts Miracle Whip on anything?

Well, that's not true now is it? S. LA doesn't have a patent on good french bread.

A good poboy is about quality ingredients, which you can get in any number of places these days. You just have to pay a little more for the good stuff, which a lot of poboy places refuse to do.

And most people. You can get two subway sandwhiches for $5 apparantly. Hard for someone serving good bread and real meat/seafood to compete with that crap of a sandwhich when it comes to price.

Miracle whip on a poboy??

I love poboys but you gotta make the bread soft. Too tough and the bread takes the flavor away from the seafood. I like a lot of mayo, little bit of lettuce and a couple maters.

I just ate lunch and this thread is making me want a surf and turf already. Why does Parkway have to be closed on Tuesdays

Nobody in Louisiana uses Miracle Whip. That's a northerner thing.
