I think any lists is just an opinion.

Like I said, just because the food is expensive it doesn't make it the best IMO.

Hate to say it but the pot roast at byronz is a pre-cooked frozen product that comes in a ten lb case. They simplty heat it and serve it.

If this is true, it's pathetic.

I never said that is not the case...a muff from Central would make my list as easily as crabmeat truffle gnocchi from August.

Of course, every list is an opinion, but top/best is very different from favorite....people often mesh the two together.

For example, the best/top restaurant in the state is likely Stella!....my favorite is Galatoire's.

In the near future I'll probably do a top list for higher end places in BR. It's not fair to them and to the rest to try and compare them. That and it's hard as frick!

Not a main course dish, but one of my favorite things to eat in BR is the Sensation Salad at LA Lagniappe

+1

Also, I would say

Southern Crab stack, at Another Broken Egg, Crabcake, a grit cake, sausage, crawfish, shrimp some other crap and spicy alfredo sauce poured over it.

So why don't you actually make a list now & put it in the first post?

The list has been completed and sent to my friend who runs the site. We want to generate some site traffic and hopefully get a little following going. Thus I'm not putting the list on this site. However I will talk about it and hopefully I can get some good conversations going on both sites.

Our first kick off review will be at ronnie's ribs. I will let everyone know when the site is up. Should be in the next few days
