Same. Takes about an hour to get up to the right temp, but then, holding it to 225 for 12 hours is damn near automatic.

Just finished my 3rd smoke. Still learning about the vent control, but I love this thing. The B&B Char-logs make for a long almost effortless smoke. These ribs and thighs were awesome.
