I have eaten there once before and the service was terrible. Have you ever been to Shucks?
They dont have that many tables and they had about 6 servers when we were there. Place wasnt really all that busy either. The servers just sucked. They didnt even know who had our table. The last straw was when the manager was having to 'fix' someone's bill because they had a lot of screw ups. That tells me its time to go.
I also wouldnt say they spoke to me either.. It was more like yelling from 4 tables over I will be with you in a minute. Which wasnt even close. If the food was good there and I wasnt in a hurry I may have given another 5 min but 20 minutes is a long fricking time to wait for a drink order.

I've only walked out of a restaurant once. It was a cheap diner and the waitress walked by me 3 times in 10 minutes without saying anything.
I've waiting as long as 5 minutes several times because I wasn't in a hurry anyway.

The same female comes out of the kitchen, looks at us and goes back in. I'm thinking about leaving at this point, coaching myself to be patient. I look at the sushi guy. He's doing nothing, but I bust him looking at us. He quickly turns away. I'm actually starting to wonder if something illegal is happening and perhaps I'm supposed to pick up on the cues. My sons appear far more patient than I am, so I keep waiting. After another minute that same female comes out again and finally greets us. I'm thrilled someone speaks English. Who am I kidding? I was thrilled someone spoke.
