Etouffee, because I am missing family who once lived in Carrollton. Not as proficient in the kitchen as my MawMaw whose specialty was a sublime crawfish bisque, complete with stuffed heads, but I try. At 4'10" she absolutely slayed cajun and creole cuisine in a kitchen with no a/c her whole life.

Glad Barry was a non-event!
