A slightly odd shaped yet beautifully marbled prime boneless ribeye. I am going to sear it on the stove then put it in the oven for a few minutes at 550.

Pablano peppers stuffed with mushrooms, red onion, tomato, cheese, garlic, and basil. Wrapped them in bacon, gave them a heavy sprinkling of Luzianne seasoning and threw them on the grill.

Grilled chicken sliders. Topped it off with roasted red bell peppers, tomato and wilted kale. I need to make a little sauce next time. The sliders are still juicy but I'm scared to go any less than mid well with chicken. Thinking a roasted poblano aoili.
