Salt, pepper, olive oil, a little bit of garlic and rub some brown sugar on it. Grill for 12 minutes at 300 degrees.

Damn Drew, that sounds awesome, going to give this a try this weekend.

I typically do mine with just salt and pepper with olive oil and lemon juice.

I cook and eat a lot of salmon. I like to mix a couple of tablespoons of homemade mayo, tablespoon grey po upon, salt, pepper, chopped dill, lemon zest, chopped thyme, lemon juice. Mix together and brush on filets, cook low about 12 minutes.

You want it to be pink and not overlooked.

And if you want some great salmon that is only available for a short period of time, copper river fresh wild salmon is at Albertsons believe it or not. $24.99 a pound and it will be gone soon. If you have never had it, it's worth getting a chunk and trying. For this piece I would just set some thyme and dill on top, cook low then salt pepper and squeeze lemon on it. Really a great fish.

Make sure you put that Chef Paul's seasoning on both sides of the fish.

I figured out what I am making this weekend.

It is and it's only available for about a month. If you haven't had it get half a pound and try it. You will remember this piece of fish.

Now since I cook it a bunch I will buy the fresh farm Atlantic salmon which are at Albertsons for $4.99 a pound right now.

It's cheap but it serves it's purpose.

And I put the whole thing on the green egg low for ten minutes. Now that's a good way to do it.

K-pauls has an excellent salmon seasoning. I use it all the time when grilling or on the stove. Place on grill skin up for a few minutes, then finish with skin down.

So let me ask...if I smoked it would the recipes change? I forgot my brother has a Traeger woodpellet grill that I could use to smoke it with.
