Meadow Creek. Might as well go big.

Akorn. It's a BGE style, but a lot cheaper. I got it on sale for $279.99. No complaints so far.

I use pretty much this exact setup because I'm too cheap to pony up for a WSM: 22" Weber Kettle and the snake/fuse method (basically a modified minion method) of using charcoal. I can light that before I go to bed and wake up to a mostly done packer cut brisket.
Youtube Link. This Aussie has got it right.

I did that for a few years on my kettle, lack of space was the biggest problem.

I use a New Braunfels offset stick burner. Bought it at Academy about 10 years ago for 700 bucks but they don't carry it anymore.
It's not a set it and forget it type of smoker and you'll need to learn how to run your fire for longer smokes but I really like it.
eta: and for your viewing pleasure, a pic of the brisket I did on it a few days ago. 12 hour smoke at 250 degrees.

I love my propane box from Lowes.

I have the Masterbuilt propane and love it. Although I need another burner right now due to leaving it outside, uncovered. Dumbass

Offset. I enjoy the whole process and don't mind babysitting it as long as there's beer in the cooler.

Depends on how much time I'm willing to spend monitoring the fire. If I don't want to think about it:
If I'm going to drink beer all Saturday and watch the temp:

I don't have a clue about how to manage the fire or the temperature I have Zero experience with doing this. Is learning difficult? are there any smokers besides that weber that are pretty simple for a newb?

Any pellet smoker. Ugly drum smoker and BGE pretty easy.

I am about to pull the trigger on a Jambo pit after much research and deciding against the Lang and reverse flow smokers. Anyone use a Jambo?
