I enjoy it on certain things. I've noticed at these hipster restaurants (conveniently named something like Oak & Swine or Cork & Stew), that it a staple on all of the tables. Except for Vietnamese restaurants, it doesn't need a spot at the table next to the salt and pepper shakers.

I like Siracha, but people need to know it's role. It's entirely overused. I like it a lot with chicken or turkey on a sandwich or wrap. It's best when paired with a light meat and something creamy like a mayo, tzatziki sauce, sour cream, and/or avocado. It has a place, but it damn sure isn't ketchup.

I mix is with ketchup for dipping. Also use it in place of oil, mustard or other things that people use to get rub to stick.

Without it, we wouldn't have Honey Hickory Garlic Chipotle Sriracha boneless wings

I've been using it on just about everything for probably 8 years. While I'll always love it, I do find it annoying that restaurants are all "look at us we have sriracha because we're cool."

Does heating sriracha make it spicier? I have had it on subway sandwiches a few times. Some locations put it on before toasting. Some put it on afterwards. It seems like the sauce is a lot spicier when it's been run through their oven.

I would think any kind of pepper based spice would get hotter with temperature being hotter.
I need to find this Huy Fong garlic paste that you guys are talking about.
