The noclip documentary on 76 should be popping up soon.

-No offline
-Playing 'Solo' will still have you seeing other players
-No NPCs, excluding robots
-Vats will take place in real time
-PvP is still being tweaked to avoid greifing
-Modding will be present in 76 but not at launch
-Private servers will happen

I'm a huge Fallout fan, but this is not I wanted and I don't recall any significant movement wanting this either. New Vegas 2 would have been amazing.

Instead we are gonna go the ESO pipeline again. Many many people were raving about how awesome ESO would be - Elder Scrolls with friends! Yeah, what a success...

This is the cause for a lot of the angst on this game: everyone was expecting a game based on nothing Bethesda offered up and everything on pure speculation.

Maybe not, but I'm personally happy to not getting more of the same.

I'm not going to preorder, will wait for more details and gameplay. But I'm hooked on the idea so far.

Pretend all you want, ESO is a pretty big success.

Seems obvious Bethesda is following the money

If there wasn't demand and money to made they wouldn't be doing it

If they were following money, they would have just made NV 2. They have the pulse of the fanbase and I'm sure they knew this would scare some people, but it's clear they believe in the project and are certain a lot of the fans will follow along. Some won't, but then you get survival game fans who will definitely be interested in checking it out.

If it wasn't, they wouldn't have just launched a new expansion.

LINK <--- Steam charts for ESO

They hit a bump when an expansion comes out. Mind you that bump has only gone as high as 21k players. Hardly successful compared to WOW ten years ago.

Please don't compare any MMO to WoW. Like ever.

In December, they had 2.5 million active players.

This is gonna be my biggest issue. When I'm doing a mission or searching some place, I like to take my time and look around and search everything. This isn't really conducive to co-op and it certainly isn't conducive to dealing with assholes following you around constantly trying to kill you which is what will happen.

It's totally fair to compare them, they're in the same genre.

The irony. Apparently not, you love responding to everything I say. You're triggered way too easily. I was the same way back in junior high.

eso can be played entirely solo, hundreds of hours of content, made for PC, tons of dialog, and the city zone chats are all pro-MAGA/trump. tamriel is highly republican oddly enough

exactly what this guy would love yet be bashes it for some reason.
