Grok is not bypassing the paywall like people have reported btw.
It is just pulling from the information available. Grok is wrong all the time. It probably saw the flood of visit post because of the fake insider.

I don’t totally disagree here, but Tennessee simply doesn’t have a playoff roster right now. If they are in win now mode, Longstreet should be clearly better than their high school QB for 2026.

They are looking for other options to start this year with experience.

But Faizon Brandon is the type of QB that you could see start as a true freshman. It is not a clearly better situation.
Longstreet is still an unknown as well.

Tennessee, on the other hand, passing on him is baffling.

Not really.
They are in a win now mode as well. The HC's seat is warm.
They wanted a proven starter.
They also signed a 5 star plus QB this recruiting class. They would rather that be the future over Longstreet.

re: Is Devin Harper a Tiger or not?

Nope.
Harper commitment is not in.
Seaton visit is not set.

Lots of people falling for fake twitter insiders this morning. Mods may want to clean up some thread titles.

This?

I want Seaton but I feel sick for linking a Guilbeau tweet

Guilbeau is also falling for the fake insider tweet. If you click his article it is where he got his info.

Clean pocket rates would be a much better stat to use

Exactly.

Time to throw has always been a flawed stat as playstyles will change the average by too much.

It is nice to see but needs context. I know my eyes saw Herbert running for his life non stop. Him being a good athlete delayed time.
Does this take into account scrambling? Or Is it just a timer from snap to ball thrown.
Hebert was running for his life buying time a lot. That could skew these numbers.

Meanwhile you have Arod who is a statue at this point. I am sure his timer was short.

How good can it be with Jose Sloan running the offense? Near zero shot that guy lasts more than a year.

Will Stein will be running his offense. (oregon)

Bad numbers but was the leading rusher on a 1-11 horrible football team. Hopefully his production is from his environment.

I did neither, because September and October still matter to me.

This would make more sense if Cam Ward wasn't a bottom 3 QB in September and October

Seems like this guy was just wanting to make a list with an excuse to put Cam Ward as First team. Sure you can see the potential and I do assume he will be good. But he has been awful. He is averging 5.8 yards a throw on 59%

re: No COD launch thread yet?

Best multiplayer we have had in years. I am a multiplayer ranked grinder tho. That is not out yet.

I think many people have cod fatigue and on the surface this year just looks like a DLC to last years. But it is far from that. Way better maps and the gameplay is not the same.

Also the campaign is bad.

I think a lot of folks struggle to understand why LSU is a superior situation to Florida because on its face, you would think Florida is every bit as good if not better.

There has to be more to the situation at Florida (like commitment to NIL) that places it a clear peg below the opportunity at LSU.

Well LSU leads in the 2 most important things.
LSU is likely willing to pay much more as history has shown.
LSU will be easier for him to recruit. NIL seems stronger at this point.

LSU also has the better home game advantage. Not that I think this factors much into it.

LSU does have the negatives of expectations and politics.
I don't know how anybody thinks of Florida as a better job.

Only Persona 5 Royal has actually. It has sold roughly 7.25 million copies with the combined sales of Royal and original persona 5 at around 10 million units. Atlus actually just updated these sales numbers in September 2025 so we know they’re very up to date.

I was just making the point how rare it is for jrpgs to reach this level of air in terms of sales for any of them and persona has become the sort of king in the genre as much as I love FF I’d argue it stopped being a JRPG around 12

E33 has sold better on release than any Persona ever. That includes even the Persona 5 Royale version.
The 7.25 number you are getting includes the Persona 5 Royale and Persona 5 Royale remaster. Released in 2019 and 2022! Atlus milks their games.

No Persona game has sold as much as E33 without re-releases. Or as much in half a year.

5 million over half a year is wildly more impressive than 10 million over 9 years and 3 game releases.

I am just showing more context so that the success of E33 is highlighted more. Atlus wishes it had that launch year.

Last update they gave was 5 million sales, which is just freaking mind blowing for a turn based jrpg that was also on gamepass not named persona.

No Persona has sold as much as Clair Obscur.

They repackage presonas a lot so lifetime sales of Persona 4 and 5 are high. But they count the royal and golden versions. These came out years later.

It's just so different than previous NG games. It's polished and satisfying mechanically, but it's a Ninja Gaiden game in name only. It's FAR more Platinum than Team Ninja.

I have not played it yet. But I saw that coming a mile away in the announcement thread.

Ninja Gaiden and platinum games. I am not sure how I feel about that.
I hope they are not doing the combat.
