I need a good tank to put the hurt on the four kings.
I want to be a darkwraith so goddamn bad, but the spells that would put me over the top are inaccessible until I give the lordvessel over to someone.

Kindled the bonfire at anor londo and immediatley got invaded by some dickhead. He killed me pretty quickly. Joke's on him. I had zero souls, humanity, or anything else for him to take. Guess he was doing it b/c he's a tough guy

It's not. I just really hate that boss. The dogs pin you to where you can't move and then he just hacks at you. If I can somehow make it to the bridge then he's actually kinda easy. But it's getting passed those stupid dogs.
And I was really starting to lose my patience with the assassins and attack dogs to get to the damn boss.

Spawn in phantoms at your own peril, the health of the boss increases and the four kings is a fight built around speed.

I'm currently in the painted world of ariamis. I keep getting killed by those spiked wagon wheel skeletons. I refuse to kindle that bonfire as I doubt I ever see it again and estus won't do me any good at this point

I tried killing those frickers on playthrough numero uno with my mage and it isn't happening.
and I have shite luck with my knight on NG+, as well.
how'd you end up taking them down?
ETA: I have tried getting summoned in for an ornstein & smough fight to generate some extra souls, but no dice so far. apparently, nobody wants a caster.

Change your equip/look when you put down your sign, then change back before battle
I've tried invading the knight who killed the firekeeper at firelink. 0 for 3 so far.
I'm so pissed b/c the guy who was leveling up my pyromancy left. There was another guy who could level it up but I accidentally killed him. Now the main pyromancer witch won't appear b/c I'm not a +10 and I'm stuck at +7. FML. I almost just restarted, but I think I'll finish this one out and then start a new character and just level this one up for PvP and getting summoned for boss fights

Wow just read throught this thread pretty funny at times
Anyway just got with the Capra Demon with my restart, and by restart when I got rid of the game the first time I deleted everything so I'm completely starting fresh.
Oh I also already killed the knight at firelink and also the gold knight, carim?, at firelink too.
Are either one of these bad? I can't remember.

Yeah Lautrec of Carim is a real dick. It's best to kill him before you do the Depths. So good for you. I need to do the same.

nah. The one chippy a-hole by the fire just comes back later and tries to kill you I think
the gold knight gives you something upon death. don't remember what, but I think if you wait and kill him later you get his armor set too. it's a bitch to kill him later I'm learning

Mj, you don't have to kill his two underlings.
Last time I fought him, I had a tough time with the others, so I isolated lautrec by running around like a madman and then I gave him a beating he won't soon forget.
If he is killed before he steals the firekeeper soul, he only drops the ring of favor and protection.

that sorcerer gets me tho. it may be easier to kill them all so i don't get cheap shotted over and over
