i made it to the bottom of blighttown and the game crashed to desktop on me.
also forgot to pick up the rusted iron ring to get through water quick

picked up a black knight sword but im nowhere near 20 dex
took the Morning Star for a test run and I like it.

Finished Blighttown last night. Thought that was going to be really bad but it was fine. Got to the campsite by the blacksmith so soon I'll be heading through the gates into Sen's Fortress. Game has been entertaining so far!
Been really focusing on Strength, Vitality, and Endurance. Not that much dex. My guy can really move and I have like 19.5/72 for weight with all my gear on.

drop below 25% for fast roll, if you can shave 1.6 weight off. or bump up to 35.9 weight to remain under 50% but keep medium roll
there is a ring that doubles your effective equip load.
sens funhouse is my favorite level.
theres an alternative entrance to blighttown too. way less annoying if you have to go back.

I left blighttown by using some weird windmill/watermill or whatever type of thing. Found another random place in a weird tree. I haven't explored that yet....I needed to get out of there to see a new environment.
I am pretty close to 25% but I may just level up my guy in that area so he can get there. I need to find that ring. The rings I have now....one gets me HP when I kill an enemy. The other gives boosts to HP and some other stuff. Found it last night as I was leaving blighttown.
Also the notes left by other gamers before the queen of Quelaag were hysterical. "Chest ahead" "Great view ahead" or something along those lines. Basically referring to the spider's boobz

yea, that's the "new londo" exit.

that tree and the bottom of blighttown is a great farm spot for upgrade materials
the notes are indeed fun. "liar ahead" always makes me think. could mean the npc is a liar, could mean another message is a liar, could mean a message that expired that you cant see anymore is a liar. proceed with caution

Welp I guess I'll head back down to blighttown and go back in the tree. Hopefully I can remember the directions back to that damn place. That's the one problem I have with this game is remembering the routes to take. Really wish you could teleport from bonfire to bonfire. Oh well.

Yea, I just have to remember how to get to that area. It's one of those games where I can't describe where to go....I just have to start moving and things start clicking. Guess I'm getting older with my memory...also actively destroying it probably doesn't help.

killed Quelagg
had the old witches ring equipped (starting gift) and got carried away talking to Quelana . Gave her the firekeepers soul that belongs to the mute firekeeper at the first bonfire oops
need to get a few more for the 30 humanity to get the shortcut and the pyromancy as a chaos servant
eta: just rememebered i had the blighttown firekeepers soul in inventory. i hope i gave her that one.

Last night I made it through the Sen "funhouse" lol
That wasn't that bad at all either but pretty fun. Now I'm at that next place where it looks like a huge castle.
I tried doing the tree secret level but decided to quit after constantly falling down the tree. Plus I hate getting cursed.

yeah, I like Sens.
don't go back to the tree level until you hit a certain milestone. not gonna spoil it, but it will be obvious when it happens
there are like 8 crystal lizards in that tree who drop upgrade mats
