I know if one of those frickers catches you mid reload or something in crucible you're fricked. Shoulder charge/ shotgun/ fist of panic/ panic grenades. You're soooooo fricked if you dont see him first

My God. I logged in to set up graphics settings.
Went to the farm to kick the ball around. Noticed a few high levels. Guess back to the grind. Hope this expansion is worth it.

After I finished the Osiris DLC, I started running around Earth doing public events to unlock my last subclass, and I'm leveling up so fast now. Seemed like it took forever when I was just doing the campaign.
ETA And I believe the new raid is going to have a 550 requirement on it.

I got the game on humble bundle but never actually started it. So when it got to PS+, I went ahead and imported my Destiny 1 character.
Any thoughts to someone starting out? I've done very little so far. Only level 3.

Blow through the y1 content asap. Make sure you unlock all of the optional and end game quests as they pop up. Some are for exotic weapons. Some are for endgame activities.
Weapons to get after completing y1 are Sleeper Stimulant, Whisper of the Worm, and the Escalation Protocol weapons (shotgun, smg, sniper). The rest of y1 weapons are essentially obsolete, but those still have a place.
Y2 rares are just as good as y1 legendaries. Y2 legendaries have random rolls with two traits and a masterwork. If you get a y2 weapon (will have the forsaken icon in the corner), check the roll. Could be god tier. Y2 armor also has perks. Check these as well. They can have a nice gameplay impact to your class and weapons.
Weapon and armor mods are rare, but if you dismantle a piece of gear that has one, it will go to your inventory. Once applied, the only way to get it back is through dismantling the gear so be careful.
Infusing is expensive, taking legendary shards, masterwork cores, and planetary materials unless it's the same gear name. Don't infuse until you've passed the softcap of 500.

Yeah that's year 1 and year 2. Year 2 stuff will have the forsaken icon on the thumbnail while year 1 will have no icon, the curse of osiris icon, or the warmind icon on it.

That Warlock Arc Super for the new subclass is straight fricking fire.

The forsaken story is really good. I don't give two shits about destiny lore, but after finishing the forsaken story and unlocking the dreaming city, I'm very interested in figuring out what the frick is happening lol
