Halo 4, is lower rated both critically and by the users, than any Uncharted ever made including the very first installment of the franchise, which was buggy as frick and pretty well behind in technology as the PS3 was hard to develop for early on.
The 4th installment, really the 5th if you count Reach right?, was worse than a game made in 2006 on a new tougher console to develop on.
Speaks volumes for where Halo is anymore. And Uncharted 3 is the simple case of running a franchise into the ground, hence the move to The Last of Us, which only had massive untouchable success not matched by any exclusive title in this generation.

And every other uncharted game is worse than a game you called mediocre, but ND is the Developer of the Gen

I have a PS3, and I beat TLoU. It's not the best game I've played this gen, nor is it the highest rated.

Plenty of games get 10/10 scores. The Last of Us is one of the best games this gen, but this PS3 fanboy shite that it's the greatest game of all-time is nonsense.
