are they ever going to release the new DLC maps for free? Also how can I get cheap xbox live points?

the legendary pack, im assuming thats what you are talking about, probably wont be free until the mythic pack comes out in january or february

why should people pay for maps that for the most part are the same as past games... that is quite douchey

They have stated in the past that the legendary maps will never be free.
As for paying for halo maps, I don't mind. They're relatively cheap and are well worth the while.
What pisses me off is that EA thinks it is ok to short change you on Tiger Woods 09 maps in the main game, only to charge you $7.50 per extra DLC course. If I want the two course that are out now, it costs 15 dollars! That's absolutely ridiculous for just 2 courses. It would be pushing it even for just 4 or 5.
Basically you have to spend 25% of what the game originally costs just for 2 courses.

1. actually there are only 3 DLC maps that were remake of old maps and 1 of which, was free.. and the reason they remake the old maps is because the Halo community asks for them to be remade b/c they are very popular and people want to continue playing on them in halo 3..
2. people who complain about something that they obviously know nothing about is quite douchey...

Me and CaptainsWafer started playing Halo 2 again.
Fun shite, but I remember all the annoyances (people superbouncing, taking forever to matchmake, etc.).
