Not watching. I'm guessing Snipper Clips is that paper doll/puzzle game mentioned last night.

I'll mark you off the list for a TD Snipper Clips league membership.

they really are terrible at marketing. regardless...Mario, Zelda, Mario kart, street fighter and skyrim (the game that literally never ends) isn't bad for the first 9 months and the joy con real life multiplayer (not the weird people you don't know on the internet multiplayer) will have me interested in sports games again. I don't have friends over to play games.

who knows - I personally could give a shite about a Metroid game, never been a fan, I get my FPS games in things like Halo and Far Cry, just no interest in Metroid...
Metroid isnt an FPS. You would knoq this if you played a Metroid Prime game. Kind of hard to knock a game you have never played.

It's an FPS same as Castlevania Symphony of the Night is a platformer

I've made no secret that I'm disappointed in what I've seen, but TRYING to share info as I see it, good or bad.

ANY WORD ON BACKWARDS COMPATABILITY????
I just spent 70 bucks on digital Mario Kart and I'm hoping to the good lord that the Wii U version will be forever lost when I trade it in :(

It's an FPS, just not competitive.

I played it in august of last year, and it is the only game that gave me that feeling I had when I first played Mario 64 and ocarina of time...I can't articulate it. the music is perfect, the sensation is real, it's atmospheric, challenging if you refuse online help...it's a perfect game.
BA, if you haven't played it, get that shite right now. when you hear the music on phendrana drifts for the first time, it's just excellent.

Yeah it would suck for us to have to rebuy Mario Kart 8 especially if they only add a few characters and tracks.
Would also be a bummer if they didn't add any new tracks.
Should be DLC priced. Its not like a ton of new development took place for it.

I agree with him. Don't see how others aren't disappointed in multiple levels.

I usually buy Nintendo systems at launch. Problem is i will be moving soon and have no idea where i will be living on March 3 or what my bank account will look like having just moved or about to move.

FPS, I fricking hate them, and Metroid prime is one of my favorite gaming experiences ever. they don't just throw a bunch of bad guys at you and you run around and kill them, nor is the main hook or the only hook.
it's just different.

Zelda and Mario will be amazing. No way around that. But the way they are showing this and the games they are showing doesn't make me feel any better about it than I did with the Wii. Party game crap.
Add to the questions about how they will do their online and the pricing on accessories and I'm kind of baffled at why nintendo can't stop being nintendo. Be unique in the games you offer, keep it simple in everything else. Voice chat through a smartphone app just seems..........I don't know.
