First Person Adventure. I think you're nitpicking to avoid labeling it something you hate, but whatever. You shoot a lot of shite in Metroid games. You explore and scan stuff, sure, but shooting is a BIG part of those games. But call it what you want.

oh not at all, call it an FPS, that's technically true, but if you're trying to convey the experience accurately, FPS is misleading whether they hate FPS or like FPS. If you dig FPS, i'm not sure this is your game and you would feel mislead being sold a FPS game.
I don't think FPS games are not good, I just don't like them for the frantic situations because dual analog just would never give me that level of control.

That's fine, but this is something seems to want to do, but they don't know how to do it correctly. I mean, with Mario Maker, their most popular and successful U title, you couldn't just follow your friends to see what levels they were creating. You had to input that 16 digit code, and once you had played their stuff you could follow. What good is your friends list? Unless they eventually fixed it, it's something that you would ASSUME would be a basic functionality of the online experience but they have to do it their way.

I actually didn't - I just said I wasn't a fan
I actually played and beat every single Prime game on the days they came out on the Gamecube. I even came up with one of the more famous "scene skips" in Prime 2 and published it on GameFAQs back in the day...

I didn't buy GameCube because I was a senior in high school so I went with ps2 because at the time I'd never seen graphics like that
Otherwise I've owned every Nintendo console to date but was a late adopter on Wii and Wii U. The Wii U was just a replacemt for my broken Wii anyway. I'm hoping I can catch up on GameCube via the virtual console
Luigi's mansion, Mario sunshine, star fox adventures...these are games I would love to play and would essentially be new games for me
