Surely someone here is knee deep in arkham city by now... Spill it.

It's awesome, not knee deep, but as soon as class is over, I'll be heading home...if I don't have technology homework. I had to restart because
1. I didn't download the catwoman missions
And
2. Hard on AC is waaaaaaay harder than AA. I'm not used to using the gadgets in feeflow yet

Does anyone know how/where I switch to catwoman. Do I have to get to a certain point?

Oh damn.
Nice! Starting off with every gadget sounds cool but must offer a lot of challenges

The only way to play as her is to download the Catwoman missions, finish them, and then you can do free play on them.

I downloaded them but was under the impression I could do them at any point I feel like. So the game initiates the missions and when I'm done I can switch back and forth?

What would you like to know
I can tell you one thing shite starts hitting the fan towards the end, and boss fights are pretty fun.

Just wondering the general reaction of ppl here, after waiting so long.
Is the hand to hand combat still awesome?
Boss fights are more than just bateranging everyone now? Nice

I wasn't able to play last night but I heard that the first Catwoman mission is before the actual start of AC, the E3 demo of her I think... I also heard the beginning was Amazing... No details, but I can't wait to see for myself

Boss fights actually are more engaging. Not just mash the X button jump around rinse and repeat.
There is also a nice variation in enemies. As you get farther into the game and te plot unfolds enemies will "evolve" with the plot, for lack of better terms.
Haven't beat it yet but Im at the pt where shite starts getting dramatic and bad arse. One thing that carried over from AA is suit damage. The deeper into te story you get the more damaged your suit becomes.

Ugh I'm trying to get the hang of gliding in this game. So far I have the dive bomb, cape use and how to change direction. What I can't figure out is how to keep gliding everytime I grapple on to a building. Everytime I do, I just get on to the buliding.
I'm playing the PS3 version FWIW FYI.

Question:
Which type of bear is...
Oopps wrong question.
Are the catwoman missions needed to get all the trophies?

Did you do the AR quests yet? You have to upgrade your zip line. Once that's done you start gliding and when you can use your bat claw grapple on and double tap X. You will speed up and launch from the point you grappled on. it's pretty easy once you do the AR missions.

If you haven't got to the end and are thinking that.......... I'm going to keep my mouth shut, but the last 20 minutes is one of the top 5 moments in Batman history. Its incredible. I assure you it won't disappoint.

Bears. Beats. Battlestar Galactica
But seriously...do you need to play the catwoman missions to get 100% trophy completion.
